Shape my project with AI.
Talk through your idea with our Project Wizard and turn it into a clear project plan. Your project takes shape as you talk, and nothing counts as confirmed until you say so.

What is shared, and what stays in this tab?
Your working conversation and outline are kept only in this browser tab’s session storage, so reloading the page keeps them. Closing the tab, or choosing Start over, clears them. They are not stored on the Project Wizard’s server. On a shared computer, choose Start over when you finish. With your consent, each AI request sends your new message, recent conversation turns, your current project areas and which ones you confirmed, your lists, Project Wizard wording you turned down (so it is not offered again), the kind of request, and, while a project plan is shown, that plan, through the Project Wizard’s server to OpenAI. A removed list item is no longer sent as part of your lists, but it is still sent if it appears in the recent conversation. OpenAI may retain submitted content under its applicable terms and data policies. Please use an ordinary example rather than confidential information.
Where the server offers the AI Consultant’s microphone and video, ticking “I agree — Start my consultation” beside the Consultant starts both together, and the server keeps a content-free record of that agreement (when, which wording, what it covers and an opaque id). What that one agreement covers, and what is kept, is set out beside that control.
With the optional voice interface, where the server offers it, choosing Start voice also sends microphone audio through the Wizard server to OpenAI. Audio is streamed in memory, not saved as an audio recording by this Wizard. Approximate input captions and AI speech transcripts may be shown and kept with your conversation under the same tab-storage rules; AI transcripts can include words you interrupted. Captions are labelled when reused as conversation context and never confirm project wording. The server keeps content-free usage counts, not audio recordings or project content. OpenAI receives audio, project context and tool results and may retain them under its applicable data policies. Stop voice, hide this tab, or leave the page to stop the microphone. Reload never restarts it automatically.
With the optional Consultant video, where the server offers it, choosing Start Consultant video opens one video session with Tavus (through a Daily video room) and sends each AI Consultant reply, as written, from this page to Tavus to be spoken and shown. A reply can restate what you wrote. Your messages, project areas and lists are not sent to Tavus themselves. Tavus and Daily may retain what they receive under their applicable data policies. The Wizard server keeps content-free session facts (identifiers, times and outcomes), never the reply. Each session uses Tavus minutes and ends by itself after its time limit, when you stop it, when this tab is hidden, or when you leave the page. What the video service reports about speaking a reply is shown beside that reply; the Wizard never claims which words you heard. Nothing spoken confirms project wording.
The Wizard does not send inquiries or collect your contact details. Copying a brief puts only the formatted brief on your clipboard. The brief can include wording suggested by the Project Wizard and a sketched approach, each labelled as such. It does not include the conversation transcript, hidden prompts, raw provider responses, or session details. Opening the TCT contact form does not transfer anything automatically. You choose what to paste, enter your name and email on that form, and submit there. That form has its own privacy and submission information.
AI sharing consent does not authorize a TCT inquiry. Only submitting the separate contact form sends an inquiry to TCT. The Wizard cannot confirm that submission or its delivery. Resetting or closing the Project Wizard does not erase clipboard copies or recall a contact form submission.
